You can go to the "Projects" tab and "Reset the project". This removes any work units existing on your computer (whether they are running or not). Then you connect the computer to the server. It tells the server that you have discarded everything and you get fresh work units. If it doesn't work, go one step further and remove the project from your list of projects. Then you assign your computer again to the project. To get clean statistics on the website, you have to merge the 2 computers. Good luck! This is annoying, but not a reason to despair.
