I would like to suggest that the scientific results generated by a given individual should be stored on a page accessible from that person's account. I realized that there is a total results summary page which is nice but somewhat overwhelming with all the other people's contributions.
Would that be possible some time soon?
It is realized for example in DC projects such as our own Yoyo@home.

Best regards,
Michael.

This is a great idea. I wonder if there is such option in current BOINC server scripts? Anyway, it can be done manually and we are working at it.

That's great!
I am a great fan of Russian science in general and related DC projects, by the way. ;-)

To the best of my knowledge, nothing is prepared to achive this goal, server-wise.
The Yoyo@home admin has written his own scripts for this purpose and, unfortunately, these are specifically applicable to only a few Yoyo@home sub-projects.

Maybe it would be a good idea to also forward this feature request to David Anderson for a future general implementation in the BOINC code?
Or even better, maybe you can take care to make the code you need so generally applicable plus well-documented that David can take it directly as a basis?

Hello Michael!

Any news on this topic?

Michael.

Now we have started to the results post-processing and to design the structure of the results viewing system, because simple list of square pairs is not show essence of result completely.

Thank you for participation! Happy crunching!

Well, thanks for the quick feedback.
However, these results can't be searched for usernames anymore, because they are embedded in graphics:

Of course. This images we create for demonstration of scientific background of project and preliminary results. Not as "interface for working with results".

Any progress on the results page?
Neither the text version has been updated nor the graphical representation appears to be worked on.
I'd like to see a new button coming up soon on my account page where I will then find my own results in a nicely tabulated form.

:)

Michael.

We could update the text version of results, but then the page size would increase to tens of megabytes. Actually possibility of form was exhausted in December 2017. For representation of results we must complete a several "stages". We complete one of them (data archiving) and, I hope, will begin a next (store a results in appropriate database form) in near future.

Thank you for attention!

Hello folks!

We made a simple page on which every participant can view its results with ODLS pairs, found in project. Please test it. Data of new results with pairs adds in project database approximately once at week.

Hi,

Is it possible to add a date/time that the page can display relating to when the results where last taken from the database please ?

When do you plan to add it (a link to user_odls_results.php) to a user's account page or even a sub-menu item from the top menu ?

I promise not to stop crunching when I see I have achieved a pair for that month :)

Hi!

Is it possible to add a date/time that the page can display relating to when the results where last taken from the database please ?

I added one more line at the bottom of the results list - with time of last participant result and the last result of entire list as a whole. Please review the page for test.

When do you plan to add it (a link to user_odls_results.php) to a user's account page or even a sub-menu item from the top menu ?

I hope that I do this.

I can see that the list has been updated, I have found more and the date/time for last found in the list has been updated.

The date/time for "Your last result received at:" has not been updated though.

We add a new row into account page - "Results with ODLS pairs" - in "Computing and credit" section.

I can see that the list has been updated, I have found more and the date/time for last found in the list has been updated.

Yes. We upload a new data about results with ODLS.

The date/time for "Your last result received at:" has not been updated though.

Please check it now (I corrected a tiny mistake into page code).
