Dear participants!

We stopped the sending of tasks for R10 RakeSearch due signal from Daniel about incorrect fragment of code of new application. Now we investigate the problem and after this - (presumably) will build a new application.

You have stopped the feeder now I cannot return finished results.

If you stop the downloadserver and restart the feeder you will not send out any work but all work out in the field can be returned.

Ehm, didn't you guys get the message? The app is bad, hence you can delete the useless results.

Understood nothing. WU not to load and not to process? Or download the new rakesearch10_1.0_windows_x86_64.exe? Or have the problem been fixed?

Michael.

No, the message said "we investigate the problem".
That may leed to a new app but that is not yet sure.

But if the work out in the field is useless then the project should send out a serverside abort command and let the aborted results be returned to cleanup the in progess records in the database.

Michael.

Message was not very clear that we should abort all tasks.
Have now done that.

Hope you can get this worked out as RakeSearch is one of my favorites.

Keep us updated on the Future. Look forward to good news.

Hi folks!

Thank you for backing! The main goal now precisely investigate a small fragment of code and its influence on results for rank 10. I think that several days need for this.

The project https://boinc.tbrada.eu explores the same symmetries that are already calculated in the project Gerasim@Home. Moreover, the theoretical part is very weak, so there is a lot of unnecessary work.

Better to find a bug early than later, keep up the good work and fix that!

I found one more issue and sent suggestions how to fix it. Looks that we have to wait a bit more until it will be implemented and tested.
