During today server maintenance we partially archived information about tasks and workunits and removed it from project server database. A few hours ago I initiate a total workunits revalidation. If I understand right it runs normally, but due to large number of workunits and results in database consume a much time. And it locked a creation of new tasks. Now about a 70000 new workunits present in the project database but no one tasks for our computers for them.
