Due to a coincidence I noticed that there is apparently an anonymous app. http://rake.boincfast.ru/rakesearch/workunit.php?wuid=22913 This app generates a significantly higher credit output with a considerably shorter calculation time. Where do you get this app? Is the code open source? How are the credits calculated? BR |

Dear L@MiR, it is the application that now has status "beta" and is now available for every volunteer. You can enable it if you check the option "Run test applications?" in Project-specific preferences webpage, and select the RakeBeta app in the same webpage. Also, as soon as we get good validation results and everything works, we plan to release it as the main application and to post the link to its open source code. The app was first tested only on our own computers using app_info.xml (therefore "anonymous platform"), and the credits were large because the new version works faster. We are sorry for such situations and the bother they cause. |

Dear L@MiR, the source code (with all its history of changes) is now available at GitHub. The main application is in RakeDiagSearch directory. |
