Dear participants!

We deploy a new version of the application for search in rank 10 space. It will be faster than the previous version due to the earlier exclusion of some combinations that do not lead to a result - we add a filter for excluding combinations with the same rows in one position. Example of a similar combination you can view in July 2019 totals.

We expect that the results for the same workunit processed by the different versions of the application may differ and marked as incorrect. But in our estimation, the number of such results will be relatively small - about several tens, maybe 100 or 200. If you face with such workunits - post these numbers in this thread, please!

We made a new version of the application (# 3.1) in which we adding a checkpoint creation immediately after finding each pair. We hope that this reduces the number of invalid results to values near zero.

Perhaps I am not clever, but a new PRJ appears recently : Tomas Breda Experiment......
OK so far. But the new refer on his start page to ODLK, ODLK1 and Rake !!!
Same goal : search on ODLS, same scientist (Natalia), but not same admin.
Four PRJ with same goal !?

On the new PRJ, Natalia wrote it have nothing to make with Rake. OK so far.
But it search the same and she is scientist on all !

I would like to understand.
Is it perhaps discussions, no agreement, "war" between some ?
Or perhaps subvention (money) ....?

By the way, the computing process on new PRJ seem to be similar .
Fast start, then very long.
It not happen on both ODLK. I have crunch a very little the past day to check if all is still working. And it is.

I can think the WU are not generated by or on the same way

I think the confusion probably comes from the "problem" of latest year.
Natalia Makarova on both ODLK and ODLK1 is the same.
And you are here and also on the two "old" ODLK.

Not important. By the way the new PRJ is very strange.
I got 4 WU on 4 hosts (1 by host). considering admin, it woul take about 2-3 hours.
Why not. But I have one WU running 2d22h, not stuck (slot change....) After 24 hours, all other cancelled of course.
And very similar as Rake : fast at start, then very slow at end
All of this for about 57CR/WU !!!
