Are there any current server or bandwidth issues with this project?

As I've got the following messages in the error log:

08/04/2019 15:13:48 | Rake search of diagonal Latin squares | Not requesting tasks: some download is stalled
08/04/2019 15:13:49 | Rake search of diagonal Latin squares | Scheduler request completed

And I have a lot of new tasks, at the "Downloading" stage...and seem to be stuck :-(

I don't have any issues with any other project and no tasks are suspended - the hard drive has plenty of space too !!

Looks like a problem during saving of file received from the server in project directory of BOINC client. Could you check a path and permissions?

I have 2 Windows 7 PCs and one is working fine and the other has this problem.

However, the problem PC *is* returning results:

https://rake.boincfast.ru/rakesearch/results.php?hostid=3570

So, I have now done a Project Reset (as it is likely to be a local issue, if my other PC is OK) and I have now received new tasks. I doubt it was a "permissions" issue.

Somehow, something wasn't quite right...but I was using the optimised client, so maybe the issue relates to that ?
