When I'm running the Rakesearch project in BOINC on my PC, and I've selected the high performance power plan in WIndows, cpu utilization is at 100%, but when I select the power saver plan, utilization goes down to only 50%. This makes no sense to me, utilization should still remain this same, only clcok speeds should change, when I've set power saver to min and max of 0%, and high performance plan to 100% min and max, which equals clock speeds of around 1,7Ghz, regardless of utilization of course, and 4.12Ghz on my Ryzen 5700x at 100% utilization.

Hope this can be fixed, either with the project, or somebody who can help me out instead.
