Was not attached when you only had an IP (no domain). That seemed to allow the project to initialize but now I cant download tasks. I get them but they don't download. Getting Project backoff. Log says, Project servers may be temporarily donw. Temporary failed download, Transient HTTP errors.

Suggest you check the server time as the BM log flags I set suggest the server thinks it's 1997 (header). Also, is the reverse DNS pointer record setup? TIA
