Just set CPU cores to 80% utilization in Parallels settings, and 75% for RAM, and performance will be excellent.

Please instead insert the link to the BOINC website, where the Android client can be downloaded from.

What I love about this project, and the project Amicable numbers, is that you can always see the percentage completed, with updates when each phase is done, most other projects don't have this, makes it more fun and meaningful to support RakeSearch.

I used Bottles, an easy-to-use Wine manager, to create a Wine prefix (called bottle in this app) and simply install and run BOINC as if I was using a Windows machine. You can run both Linux and Windows version of BOINC at the same time, but make sure they're using different GUI RPC ports. The default configuration uses 31416. The simplest way is to run your primary instance (whether native Linux or Windows under wine) with default settings, and the other one at port 31417. See https://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Client_configuration for making your BOINC client use a specific port.[/url] Fine, but what about native linux support? Any plans for that in the future?

14) Message boards : Number crunching : windows power plan - cpu utilization differences (Message 1923) Posted 24 Oct 2024 by Ncard00 Post: When I'm running the Rakesearch project in BOINC on my PC, and I've selected the high performance power plan in WIndows, cpu utilization is at 100%, but when I select the power saver plan, utilization goes down to only 50%. This makes no sense to me, utilization should still remain this same, only clcok speeds should change, when I've set power saver to min and max of 0%, and high performance plan to 100% min and max, which equals clock speeds of around 1,7Ghz, regardless of utilization of course, and 4.12Ghz on my Ryzen 5700x at 100% utilization. Hope this can be fixed, either with the project, or somebody who can help me out instead.

18) Message boards : Number crunching : Only Joint search of ODLS12 with Gerasim project (%) tasks (Message 1916) Posted 8 Oct 2024 by Ncard00 Post: Thanks for that, but now, only task for the ODLS12 Gerasim project remains, so this isn't really relevant anymore, and there are still big tasks in this remaining project, which is why I just select them, and abort them whenever they show up, and then BOINC starts doing the other small tasks instead. As good as it gets for now.

So that part's fixed now. But there is still this daily limit, which really annoys me, any update on it?
