i need know where is fail. it happen today night suddenly after was few hours project not respond.. after i restart machine and boinc manager , other projects work but this no .. i dont want reset and lose 1000 task..

Doing a web search I found this possible solution for you:

Ah, the infamous error 417. This is a HTTP error.
This can possibly be fixed by telling BOINC to use HTTP 1.0 communications only. To do so, make a cc_config.xml file in your BOINC Data directory.
Put these lines into it:
<cc_config>
<options>
<http_1_0>1</http_1_0>
</options>
</cc_config>


Open BOINC Manager->Advanced view->Advanced->Read config file.
Now try to upload/download.

So an error 400 is a bad request, while an error 413 means that you're trying to upload/download files larger than the limit set by something.

: reset project and stupdidly burn 1003 tasks and restart boinc manager... BECOUSE YOU HAVE FAILS IN YOUR SERVER CONFIG!!!
what happen last nihgt i dont know becouse i dont see inside your server.. but last years on boinc projects learn me there is many project where is lack of ..all...
if i do my job like you ... i will must go to jail .....: i sent this message for all boinc projects admins

Do you use a max_tasks_reported option? It's a very useful option for any project.
At night from 7 to 8 December external connections to site of project server don't passed. We don't know why but try to understood.
And can you write id of host that you reset? 4997?

only me was wake up to morning and see and analyze situation, while you - "admin" was somewhere ,.. and respond to all and me after whole day ...
you have to be wake up and watch whole server here and forum!!! no sleep
i now spend my Time to explain you what happen when you was sleep ... i complain os same thing on all boinc projects on last 10 years ..amateurism or just lazy?!

1. 1003 tasks returned to a business. Most of them - already validated;
2. As you can read in thread about parameter, when computer try to report a very large bunch of results, it form a very large request. Several megabytes or even large. Of course we limit maximum size of request, because unlimited size - is absolutely clear danger;
3. When we made a special tests with one of participant, we found that in many cases source of real limit of request size - not a project server and request breaks down between client and project server;
4. Project servers works absolutely fine, uptime is
$ uptime
23:59:44 up 205 days, 12:04...
5. We can't rule network infrastructure. It's not an our area of fluence.

6. Use a max_tasks_reported option. It's a very useful option.
7. And don't panic! :)
